Do I need to buy the lights?
No. Commercial-grade lights are included. We install them, maintain them all season and take them down after the holidays — nothing to buy, store or untangle.
When do you take them down?
After the holidays, in January. Removal is included.
Do I need to be home?
We'll go over access and scheduling with you during your free estimate, so installation day works around you.
What if a bulb goes out?
We fix it. Full maintenance is included all season long.
